Please provide accurate registration, vehicle and contact details so the job can be reviewed correctly.

3. Pricing

Online prices are estimates based on the details provided. If the vehicle requires a different service or extra parts, an updated quote is sent for approval before work is confirmed.

4. Access and safety

The vehicle should be on safe, accessible ground with enough room to work. If access is restricted or unsafe, the booking may need to be rescheduled or declined.

5. Payment

Where a deposit or payment is taken online, it is linked to the booking request and reviewed alongside the vehicle details supplied.

6. Communication

Important updates are sent by email, including confirmation, revised pricing where needed, or a decline if the job cannot be accepted.
