All work is recorded via video camera for insurance and in the event of a small claims court claim.

Deposit

The Deposit is a non-refundable timeslot that is pre-booked insuring the mechanic is available to carry out your repair on the day, almost as if to rent a mechanic for a day. This is taken to pay bridge tolls parking charges to travel costs and fuel.

Terms Of Service Provider.

It is Pre-Known that legally once you have booked and the deposit is paid you have entered into a contract with us to provide services these services are entered into good faith, During the fitting process numerous issues could arise with vehicles of various ages preventing fitment from taking place.

We always update a customer or make a customer aware of such issues prior to continuing with work.

Any such work that is carried out on a customers vehicle is chargeable with labour rates such as jacking the vehicle, Vehicle inspection and stripping down the vehicle ready for the gearbox to be removed this all includes labour rates charge whether or not the vehicles clutch is replaced or not on the day.

All Clutch replacements are recorded and dash lights will be shown prior to engaging in any work, Special notice is to be taken with vehicles that require the starter motor to be removed this is a delicate piece of machinery and due to age in some cases will stop working after removal and refitting, We do not take any responsibility for old starter motors function after fitment it is also to be noted not all vehicles require the motor to be removed for clutch fitment.

Instances that this has to be done to make a claim for labour are rare as we update our customers constantly but due to our evidence collected during fitment it is guaranteed that the court is able to see chargeable services provided no matter if a clutch is replaced or not.

WARRANTY

Our Warranty is supplied with all our clutch’s that we fit, This Warranty is a parts guarantee it DOES NOT cover labour charge. This is the case with 99% of all garages but they do not choose to be transparent about their fitment policy warranties. We choose to be 100% clear with our customers every step of the way.

CLUTCH WARRANTY
All our clutches are covered by a parts warranty.

It DOES NOT cover driver abuse in the case of the friction plate being destroyed.
